Recently, the large‑area high‑efficiency TOPCon 3.0 module independently developed by Runyang has obtained efficiency test certification from the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) in the United States, achieving a module conversion efficiency of 25.9%. According to public data from NLR’s Champion Module Efficiencies Chart and Solar Cell Efficiency Tables Version 68 published by Professor Martin Green, this certified efficiency marks a new milestone for TOPCon modules and sets a new efficiency record for all current non‑HBC crystalline‑silicon modules.

Adopting an innovative multi‑segment circuit design and novel form factor, this high‑efficiency module effectively cuts internal power loss. Its mainstream mass‑produced power output for the standard form factor ranges from 660 W to 670 W, hitting the highest energy‑efficiency grade for crystalline‑silicon photovoltaic modules in China. For encapsulation materials, key auxiliary materials including high‑transmittance glass, high‑performance encapsulant films, low‑resistance solder ribbons and optimized junction boxes have been co‑developed. Through full‑chain material technology upgrades, “cost reduction via efficiency gain” is realized, offering the industry a technically‑iterative route featuring high efficiency, mass‑production feasibility and outstanding cost‑effectiveness.
Looking ahead, Runyang Co., Ltd. will keep focusing on its two core business lines: high‑efficiency solar cells and photovoltaic modules. It will strengthen fundamental R&D, continuously iterate the TOPCon technology system, and accelerate the industrialization of innovations — translating lab‑based breakthroughs into production‑line products for the global market.
